    故障排除步骤

    初步判断步骤：1）电池无法开机，开机灯全部不亮或闪烁。
    如果电池外接开关ON，RUN灯闪烁，外接电源电压大于51.2V，
    仍无法开机，请联系经销商。
    – 电池可以开机，但红灯亮，不能充放电，红灯亮
    ，表示系统异常，请检查以下数值。

    – 温度：高于 50°C 或低于 -10°C，电池无法工作。解决方法：将电池移动到正常
    工作温度范围-10°C 到50°C。4）电流：如果电流大于100A，电池保护
    将打开。解决：检查电流是否过大，如果就是改变电源侧的设置。

    – High Voltage: If charging voltage above 58.4Vbattery protection will turn on.Solution: Check whether voltage
    is too high or not, if it is, to change the settings on power supply side 6) Low Voltage: When the battery
    discharges to 40V or less, battery protection will turn on.Solution: Charge the battery for some time, the red

    measure voltage on battery side. if it is under 40v. please charge the battery: if voltage is above 51.2V and still
    canot discharge, turm off battery and contact . Emergency Situations.

    Matters Need Attention

    – Do not immerse the battery in water or allow it to get wet.
    – Do not use or store the battery near sources of heat such as a fire or heater.
    – Do not reverse the positive(+) and negative(-) terminals.
    – Do not connect the battery directly to wall outlets or car cigarette-lighter sockets.
    – Do not put the battery into a fire or apply direct heat to it.
    – Do not short-circuit the battery by connecting wires or other metal objects to the positive(+) and
    negative(-) terminals.
    – Do not pierce the battery casing with a nail or other sharp object, break it open with a hammer, or step on it.
    – Do not strike, throw or subject the battery to sever physical shock.
    – Do not directly solder the battery terminals.
